We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our two small kids. The rooms were well-equipped, had a nice interior, and a lovely balcony with a recommended valley view. Just beware of the monkeys and keep the balcony door shut when not in the room. The service was exceptionally supportive, from the entry door to the reception; the staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, right in the heart of Mahabaleshwar, allowing easy access to the market and other facilities. The dining experience was delightful, with specially created dishes and a variety of food and desserts at breakfast. Overall, a great place to stay despite a few minor drawbacks like monkeys near the balcony and some room view disappointments.

The hotel is ideally located near Wilson Point with convenient access to the market. The rooms were suitable for our needs but slightly delayed service was noticed, possibly due to a staff shortage. The full functional bathrooms added to the comfort of the stay.
